In conjunction with the cancellation of the AFTCA Annual Board Meeting in Montgomery, AL, the presentation ceremonies for the 2019-2020 Purina Outstanding Bird Dog Award have also been cancelled. Chicago, Ill. — It is more than three weeks since the governor of Illinois and the mayor of the city of Chicago issued “stay at home” mandates in the face of the coronavirus outbreak.
