  Changes to this season’s AFTCA’s Top Handler’s Challenge for the Blue Award The Top Handler Award Committee has voted to implement 4 changes to the Award to keep it on track with its primary objectives.  Those four changes that are affective immediately are: Starting in the 2021-2022 season 30 Minute Amateur Derby Stake placement points, hosted by Member Clubs, will be included in the Top Amateur Handler award calculations.…
